1. The spirit of this agreement
Welcome to the WRITE IT / LIVE IT challenge. This space exists to help you reconnect with your inner voice through writing and intentional living. By joining or purchasing access (whether through writeitliveit.com or skool.com/writeitliveit) you agree to these terms. They exist not to overwhelm you, but to ensure we share a clear understanding of how this works.
2. Who this is for
This program and all its materials are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By joining, you confirm you meet that requirement and are participating voluntarily.
3. The offering
WRITE IT / LIVE IT is an online writing and self-development program hosted through Skool. It includes a private online community, courses/lessons, and optional mentoring or guidance calls. Access is granted through paid tiers/subscriptions, depending on what you select.
4. Payment, cancellations, & refunds
Payments are processed securely through Skool and Stripe.

Violation of these expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.
Community rules/guidelines:
By joining, you agree to these rules. Breaking them can result in removal from the community — and, in line with our refund policy, removal is final and does not trigger a refund.
If you’re unsure about something, ask a moderator. We’d rather help you than kick you out, but we will enforce these rules to protect the container and its community.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, materials, videos, writing prompts, frameworks, and branding remain the property of Rock Your Genius, LLC. You’re welcome to use the materials for personal reflection and growth, but you may not reproduce or republish them publicly or commercially.
7. Personal responsibility
WRITE IT / LIVE IT is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling. It’s a reflective and creative practice designed for personal development. You take full responsibility for your own results, actions, and emotional well-being. If you’re under professional care, please discuss participation with your provider.
8. Disclaimers and limitations
While we aim to provide meaningful, high-quality guidance, we can’t guarantee specific results. By joining, you agree to hold Rock Your Genius, LLC, its affiliates, and any mentors harmless from any claims or damages related to your participation.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Porter County, Indiana, United States of America. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
10. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued participation after any update means you accept the new terms.

4. Payment, cancellations, & refunds
Payments are processed securely through Skool and Stripe.
- Because this is a month-to-month and session-based program, no refunds are offered once a payment has been processed.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from your Skool account settings. Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
For 1:1 guidance or mentoring sessions:
- A minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Reschedules depend on mentor availability.
- Requests made in less than 24 hours cannot be accommodated unless you experience a true emergency (such as a serious illness, injury, family emergency, or comparable event).
5. Conduct and community
WRITE IT / LIVE IT is built on respect and mutual integrity. You agree to:
- Engage in good faith and treat others kindly.
- Avoid sharing spam, self-promotion, or offensive material.
- Refrain from reproducing, distributing, or reselling any part of the course or materials without written permission.
Violation of these expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.
Community rules/guidelines:
By joining, you agree to these rules. Breaking them can result in removal from the community — and, in line with our refund policy, removal is final and does not trigger a refund.
- Be respectful and considerate. Treat others like you want to be treated.
- Stay on topic within each space. Keep conversations where they belong.
- Safe-for-work content only. This is not the place for adult or explicit material.
- No spam. No mass links, unsolicited offers, or repetitive posts.
- Self-promo only in your bio/intro. If you want to share something bigger, ask first.
- Get permission before sharing someone else’s writing or posts outside the community.
- Don’t steal work. Sharing or reposting other people’s creative work without permission will get you banned.
- Don’t break the law here. Illegal activity gets you removed and reported if required.
- Don’t be a jerk. Harassment, threats, bullying, and hate speech are not tolerated.
- Breaking rules can result in permanent removal with no refund.
